Mental Health: The Real Journey.
Life isn’t always a straight path, and I’ve had to learn that the hard way. Managing my mental health has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced, and it’s shaped how I approach everything. Structure, progress, and clear goals help keep me on track—but so does honesty. Some days are about pushing forward. Others are about knowing when to step back. This site is part of that process—building something that works for me, in a way that makes sense.

In 2010, Liam launched his first podcast, Uttabull, bringing his background in video production into the world of audio storytelling. He quickly developed a strong grasp of the production side, refining the technical and creative aspects of the show. From Uttabull, he spun off TNL – The Next Level, which ran concurrently. While Uttabull amassed an impressive 208 episodes, it was never officially concluded, though new recordings are now sporadic.
In 2021, Liam expanded into public relations and corporate media, working with First Look Ventures to interview company CEOs and produce high-quality shows recorded by others. At the same time, he built a standalone YouTube channel dedicated to Greatland Gold, hosting live quarterly report discussions on the company’s evolving exploration of the Havieron tenement. His ability to break down complex topics and engage audiences made these live events a valuable resource for investors and followers alike.

From AIM On-Air to The Liam Rey Show
From there, AIM On-Air was born—a company based on the Isle of Man dedicated to interviewing company leaders and executives. Liam’s first client was Greatland Gold, where he continues to interview CEO Shaun Day on a regular basis. This refined approach—focused on structured Q&A-style interviews—marked a departure from the freeform origins of Uttabull, bringing a more polished and professional dynamic to his work.
Recognizing the power of storytelling through conversation, Liam saw an opportunity to highlight the voices of the Isle of Man and bring them to a global audience. Everyone has a story, and many business owners have customers who would be genuinely interested in hearing about the people behind the services they use. With this vision in mind, The Liam Rey Show was launched in 2025—designed to shine a light on Manx stories, local businesses, and unique perspectives for the world to hear.
